About The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team and drive strategic partner relationships that accelerate our business growth. This role offers the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate to make an immediate impact while developing expertise in B2B partner marketing, channel management, and cross-functional collaboration in the fast-paced tech industry. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and optimize the WEKA X partner portal, ensuring seamless user experience and up-to-date content 
• Develop and execute global partner communication strategies across all major regions 
• Create and maintain partner enablement materials, presentations, and sales tools 
• Coordinate partner marketing activities for trade shows, events, and product launches 
• Support channel account managers with marketing materials and campaign execution 
• Analyze partner engagement metrics and recommend optimization strategies 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing with overall business objectives 
• Assist in partner onboarding and relationship management initiatives 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or related field 
• Proficiency in design and layout tools (PDF creation, PowerPoint, Google Slides) 
• Understanding of partner ecosystems including VARs, OEMs, and AI Cloud providers 
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively 
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and proactive mindset 
• Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box 
• Collaborative team player with openness to continuous learning 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Bonus Points

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or related field (internship experience valued) 
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems 
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and channel partner dynamics 
• Familiarity with technology, AI, or data storage industries 
• Experience creating marketing collateral or visual content
