About The Role

We're searching for a strategic and technically capable leader to embed AI across our internal operations—transforming productivity, enabling smarter decision-making, and strengthening organizational agility from within.  This is a rare opportunity to build and deploy AI agents that augment workflows and unlock new capabilities for teams across engineering, operations, HR, finance, and customer-facing functions.

You’ll be the enterprise AI adoption leader driving measurable outcomes by designing, building, and rolling out AI-powered solutions across critical business functions. You’ll work on enterprise-scale integrations (leveraging REST APIs, internal systems, and SaaS platforms) to ensure AI adoption is seamless and impactful.  You’ll evaluate and select the right third-party AI tools and solutions to complement internal development and accelerate adoption. You will also lead a cross-functional program that blends strategy, enablement, governance, and hands-on technical execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define & Champion the AI Adoption Strategy
Shape and execute the enterprise-wide AI adoption roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership, functional heads, and project teams.
  • Evaluate and Integrate Third-Party AI Solutions
Research, assess, and recommend external AI platforms, tools, and services. Ensure alignment with WEKA’s technical architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Build AI Solutions and Agents
Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents that integrate into core workflows—driving automation, augmenting decision-making, and unlocking new efficiencies.
  • Integrate Systems at Scale
Partner with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver integrations between AI solutions and enterprise applications via REST APIs, internal data systems, and third-party platforms.
  • Enable Adoption & Scale
Lead pilots end-to-end—scope, implementation, training, and scaling—while creating enablement toolkits and training to empower widespread adoption.
  • Measure, Learn, Iterate
Track adoption, measure impact (ROI, adoption metrics, productivity gains), and refine approaches for greater business value.
  • Establish AI Governance
Define frameworks and guardrails for ethical, secure, and compliant AI use, working closely with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and applying modern AI/ML technologies to real-world business use cases.
  • Proven expertise in evaluating and integrating third-party AI solutions, balancing build vs. buy decisions.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise integrations using REST APIs, and knowledge of connecting AI systems to core enterprise tools and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong development experience with Python and Postgres databases, with the ability to contribute to solution prototyping and guide technical teams.
  • Track record of successfully driving enterprise adoption of new technologies, programs, or platforms.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator—skilled at engaging stakeholders from executives to frontline team members.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable defining success metrics, measuring outcomes, and optimizing adoption.
  • A passion for responsible AI, ethical innovation, and empowering teams to leverage new technologies effectively.
  • Ability to be in our Campbell office at least 3 days per week.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with change management frameworks to guide adoption journeys.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud-native environments, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives for diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, GitHub, Workato, FiveTran, and Snowflake in the context of enterprise automation and data workflows.
