About the Role:
As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a key leadership role within the Finance team, acting as a strategic partner across the business. This role involves driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities, while providing actionable insights to support company-wide decision-making and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions to align financial goals with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across key business functions.
- Ensure forecast accuracy through analysis of key business drivers and performance indicators.
- Align functional financial plans with corporate strategy and goals.
Strategic Financial Analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis to support business decisions.
- Partner with functional leaders to evaluate investments, cost drivers, and operational efficiency opportunities.
Monthly Financial Close
- Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Review and validate department-level financials and performance.
Planning Systems Ownership
- Serve as the contributor for Adaptive Insights, managing system setup, data integrity, and user support.
- Customize reports and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.
Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance and trends.
- Support executive decision-making with clear, concise financial narratives and analysis.
Reporting & Presentation
- Deliver regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations to senior leadership.
- Track performance trends and identify key risks and opportunities.
Process Improvement
- Continuously enhance forecasting models, tools, and workflows.
- Implement best practices to improve financial accuracy, efficiency, and agility in a dynamic business environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, Experience in high-growth tech companies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

USA Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $140,000 to $170,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Flexible Time off (FTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws.
