WEKA’s website is the heart of our digital marketing engine and plays a crucial role in fueling brand and product awareness, education, engagement, and revenue generation. We’re ready to take our web presence to the next level and are searching for annnovative Web Experience strategist to help us develop a high-performance digital storefront that’s visitor-friendly, simple to navigate, and optimized for prospect and customer engagement. The Senior Manager of Web Experience will own both the technical and strategic aspects of our flagship web property, responsible for managing our front and backend web development team, will drive continuous improvements in web performance, SEO, user experience, and overall digital innovation. They will collaborate closely with key teams across marketing and sales to ensure the website supports our key business and marketing objectives and prospect and customer needs. You will regularly analyze performance data, refine and implement processes and best practices, and leverage emerging technologies to create a gold-standard B2B digital experience.

The successful candidate is an innovative digital leader passionate about creating next-level web experiences and developing modern digital marketing strategies. They will have a well-rounded digital marketing background, be well-versed in web and SEO best practices, and understand how to support a broader omnichannel digital marketing strategy—from paid media and organic search to social media and YouTube. Morecritically, they will be big-picture, out-of-the-box thinkers who can balance day-to-day technical and operational oversight while building and driving toward a larger strategic vision. 

This new position in our growing global marketing team will report to WEKA’s Sr. Director of Digital Marketing. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital leader who wants to make a big impact in an exciting, fast-growth market on the front lines of the AI revolution. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, lead and drive a strategic web revamp and ongoing roadmap of continuous performance and feature improvements to support business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and evolving digital marketing trends.
  • Manage WEKA’s front and backend web development team and resources. Define, refine, and prioritize development work, ensuring timely updates, maintenance, and feature enhancements.
  • Leverage website analytics and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making, closely tracking user behavior trends, conversion rates, traffic sources, and engagement patterns. Incorporate SEO best practices and identifiedSEO needs/priorities to improve site visibility and organic traffic.
  • Grow and enhance visitor engagement through experimentation, personalization, A/B testing initiatives, and performance optimization.
  • Optimize the site’s chat functionality, ensuring relevant and accurate responses and a frictionless user experience. Collaborate with sales teams and technical SMEs to improve chat applicability, responsiveness, relevance, and automation where possible. Evaluate and implement AI and chatbot technologies to enhance customer interactions.
  • Proactively manage web privacy compliance and security threats.
  • Work closely with WEKA’s Creative team to continually enhance the site’s visual language; build repeatable page templates for use with page/content requests.
  • Collaborate with WEKA’s HR and Recruiting teams to maintain and optimize our careers site and incorporate best practices for job postings, application flows, and content updates to attract top talent.

Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in website experience management, digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of website architectures and associated website tools.
  • Experience managing or leading digital development teams and/or cross-functional digital programs. Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience working with Lottie files for incorporation animations and interactive design and video elements, as well as managing and embedding video content from platforms like Wistia, Vidyard or YouTube to enhance digital experiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) tools and related A/B testing platform (Mutiny, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.).
  • Familiarity with website chat tools (e.g., Qualified, Adobe Marketo Engage) and AI-driven chatbot automation capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with common task management tools (Asana, Adobe Workfront, etc.) for tracking efforts.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and improvise in response to fast-changing business priorities and developments—capable of quickly synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders and distilling them into clear, actionable strategies and plans.
