What’s Cool About This Job
WEKA is seeking a talented, experienced and data-driven Field Marketing ABM Manager to support our North America - West Coast regions. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic field marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, support the sales process from prospecting, expansion, and closed won business and align closely with revenue goals. As the primary liaison between field sales, SDR, and partner teams, you will ensure marketing strategies are tailored to regional business objectives, aligned to partner initiatives, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute regional Field Marketing Campaigns: develop and deliver regional demand generation programs, including local events, partner engagements, ensuring messaging and branding alignment.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Develop and implement ABM strategies to acquire and expand top Enterprise Named accounts in close partnership with sales.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns to enhance customer engagement and strengthen account relationships.
- Audience Targeting and Engagement: Leverage data to identify key decision-makers and influencers, tailoring outreach and content strategies to drive engagement.
- Program Execution: Lead end-to-end event execution, including venue and vendor selection, contract negotiation, speaker coordination, logistics, list pulls, email campaigns, budget reconciliation, and post-event follow-up.
- Cross-functional Alignment & Collaboration: Partner with sales, product marketing, corporate marketing to ensure alignment of field marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign execution, track KPIs, and track effectiveness of marketing efforts, optimize strategies based on results to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage field marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact and ROI on regional initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in regional field marketing role, account-based marketing ideally supporting a B2B, enterprise sales force in the technology industry.
- Deep understanding of US-West market dynamics, trends, and customer behaviors.
- Proven ability to build and execute high-impact field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing and engage effectively with all levels of Sales, from individual reps to senior leadership.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting business needs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating agility and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clari).
- Ability to travel up to 20%
