Global Operations- Strategy Operations and Analytics Associate

What’s Cool About This Job

As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations. 
Build a process for collecting disparate data sets in a repeatable manner. Talk to groups trying to understand how users interact with content to develop requirements for visualizations and dashboards. Create data visualizations and dashboards using basic calculations and data storytelling. 

Bring Your Expertise – and Your Passion

You will be asked to tackle a variety of unstructured problems, dissect them, synthesize a set of actionable insights and partner in the execution & implementation of the solution. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll get substantial senior leadership exposure, focus on the highest-priority business issues and be plugged into every facet of the business. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Draw interpretable insights from sophisticated business analyses and advanced modeling. 
  • Design processes, tools, and operating cadences to achieve organizational outcomes. 
  • Develop comprehensive sales, product or business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth 
  • Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways. 
  • Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives 
  • Partner with key stakeholders across product, marketing, people, sales, and customer experience to understand, scope and implement operational improvements or perform analysis to inform strategic decision-making  
  • Execute on those recommendations until you’ve achieved the desired outcome 

Desired Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy and operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or related fields 
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans 
  • Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch 
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions 
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch 
  • Ability to quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks 

 Preferred qualifications: 

  • 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions 
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries 
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization 
  • Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
