Summary
The Onboarding Employee Enablement Manager is responsible for implementing a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees at WEKA in Tel Aviv. This program should help new hires quickly and effectively become productive members of the team, with a strong understanding of our company culture, values, and expectations.
The Onboarding Employee Enablement Manager will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify the training, support, and resources that new employees need to succeed in their roles. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping new employees succeed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the coordination and delivery of onboarding and training programs. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven project manager. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues. This role will sit in the GTM organization while supporting the RND enablement function in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming and informative onboarding experience as well as continuous education from employees based in Tel Aviv, including live, digital, and experiential training.
- Lead and measure impact of the new hire experience in areas of all things onboarding from day 1 to quarterly New Hire Experience events.
- Manage milestones, checkpoints, and certifications of new hires, while maintaining a close partnership and frequent communication with new hire managers and key stakeholders on new hire performance during onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to the employee experience by implementing continuous enhancement, based on researching onboarding assessments, industry best practices, data-driven analysis, and workforce sentiment.
- Collaborate diagonally with leadership across the organization to better understand role-based onboarding goals and requirements.
- Participate in pre-boarding activities through communications and scheduling to create a seamless transition from corporate onboarding to role-based onboarding.
- Respond to the needs of the overall onboarding experience by being the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of the new hire experience and learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Enablement experience: enablement, training, learning and development etc.
- 3+ years facilitation experience moderating interactive and informative discussions
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- A native level of English / proficiency in English
- Strong presentation skills, able to own the room with confidence
- Excellent project management skills
- LMS management experience a plus
- Instructional design experience a plus
