HR Generalist / Associate

About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team.  In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a wide range of HR functions and initiatives, collaborating closely with employees and departments across our global organization. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to enhance their HR expertise and make a meaningful impact on our company’s success.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of projects and tasks, follows through to completion, and is diligent in addressing inquiries and resolving issues. We are looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a high-speed, fast-paced environment, is approachable, builds strong relationships, establishes trust, and effectively manages competing priorities to drive results.  

This is a fully onsite position at our Campbell, CA office.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as a resource for employees regarding Human Resource related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Support the HR onboarding process for new hires
  • Administer leave of absences including, short-term disability, long-term disability, and FMLA
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department and escalate to appropriate team members as needed
  • Assist with all HR, company, and department/team events as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years related experience
  • Highly proficient in HiBob, GreenHouse, Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

USA Residents Only: The hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $75,000-$95,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Flexible Time off (FTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws.
