We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to managing candidate communications. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive & positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring the best positive candidate experience.
  • Support all aspects of recruiting coordination in collaboration with the three Senior Technical Recruiters at WEKA.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to understand staffing needs and create efficient recruiting processes.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, including job fairs and campus recruiting.
  • Prepare and send onboarding materials and benefits information to candidates in offer/new hires.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting recruiting in a fast-growing tech startup or high-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination supporting R&D teams. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse- applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HiBob HRIS. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Suite 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields.
