Position Overview:

The product marketing team distills complex technologies into clear customer stories that communicate our benefits and then work with marketing and sales teams to ensure they are leveraged to drive demand. We develop awesome marketing assets, measure our success and look for ways to improve. We juggle multiple priorities and execute high quality deliverables small and large.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, results-driven storyteller to bring our industry leading Data Platform to life for customers, analysts, and sales teams. As a Product Marketing Manager focused on AI and ML data challenges, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth and adoption of our data storage solutions within the AI and ML market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging and positioning, and drive demand generation efforts.

You're an experienced product marketer who is ready for the challenge of joining a fast growing company. You are creative, resourceful, and goal oriented. You enjoy the ability to deliver clear written and visual material to tell outstanding stories that inspire customers to buy your products and influencers to write about them. You are familiar with cloud storage technologies and how best to communicate their benefits to various audiences.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop content to enable and execute product marketing strategies and campaigns to position our AI and ML data solutions effectively in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the AI and ML industry.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand the unique requirements and challenges of AI and ML data storage and translate them into compelling value propositions.
  • Plan and manage minor and major product launches to ensure all content and communication is delivered and on message
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and presentations, to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our data storage solutions to target customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell and position our AI and ML data storage solutions.
  • Regularly engage with industry analysts to keep them up-to-date on our product and solutions, test product messaging and positioning, and solicit feedback from their view of the market
  • Create and ensure the successful execution of the go-to-market strategy across the larger marketing team
  • Use market insight and customer data to drive product requirements and collaborate on product definitions and positioning
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI and ML data storage, staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs, and effectively communicating these insights within the organization.

Primary Qualifications

  • You have over 7 years of experience in product and/or solution marketing
  • You are a storyteller able to break down complex concepts into simple and clear terms and a strong writer and visual communicator
  • Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies, data storage solutions, and the unique challenges associated with storing and managing large-scale AI and ML datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating a wide range of content, such as webinars, white-papers, case studies, blog posts, and videos.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for technical products.
  • You have demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products thought the product lifecycle
  • You are a problem solver who thrives in a high growth environment and possesses a positive “can do” attitude
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
