Responsibilities include: 

  •  Platform management and reporting:
  •  Manages the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Docebo LMS
  •  Creates and maintains LMS metrics/reporting and provides analysis on a weekly and as needed basis
  •  Supports ongoing maintenance of the LMS by performing regular audits of the system, content, and users
  • Monitors upgrades, changes, outages, and feature releases for the LMS and  provides recommendations to enhance the user or management experience
  • Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, and settings
  • Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver and track training, and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
  • Maintains policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the system
  • Manages the day-to-day relationship with the LMS vendor, including enhancement requests, escalating troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features
  • User Management:
  • Creates and manages LMS user enrollments, automatic enrollments, and structures, including the creation of user groups and permissions
  • Manages course enrollment, including the creation of appropriate notifications and reports on progress tracking
  • Provides general support for all LMS users for technical issues affecting learners, courses, or the platform
  • Content and Documentation Creation:
  • Collaborates with the Senior Learning Experience Designer and Program
  • Manager and instructional designers to design effective learning elements and structure within the LMS
  • Maintains the course library by publishing and archiving content and calendar events, assigning them to the correct categories and user groups
  • Creates appropriate page content and design for different audiences
  • Creates internal badges, gamification elements, and integration with external badging platform
  • Creates and maintains LMS performance, process, and support documentation
  • Creates and maintains resources to train and support learners, managers, power users, and admin on how to use the LMS

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an LMS administrator or similar position; experience with a Docebo Learning Management System
  • Docebo certification highly desirable
  • Experience in the enterprise-wide implementation of a Learning Management System
  • Skilled in extracting data and creating useful reports through the LMS and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
