What’s Cool About This Job
WEKA is seeking a Field and Partner Marketing Specialist to support our Americas Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing activities that support the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on regional marketing initiatives and the account-based marketing (ABX) motion. You’ll work closely with field & partner marketers, sales, SDRs, and partners to contribute to marketing-qualified leads and generate new business pipeline.
Responsibilities include:
- Market Research: Assist in conducting market and ICP research to understand the target audience's needs and trends within specific regions.
- Field Marketing Strategy: Help execute field marketing strategies that align to our overall marketing strategy, including coordinating marketing plans, campaigns, and localized events.
- Account-Based Outreach: Support targeted account engagement efforts across regions by executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many outreach programs. 
- Event Coordination & Execution: Assist in coordinating and executing in-person and virtual events such as roadshows, conferences, booth activations, and curated regional programs.
- Lead Management: Partner with internal operations to manage post-event lead follow-up and track campaign performance.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content teams to help create tailored marketing collateral and materials for key audiences.  Be responsible for pre-event communication and set up: create event briefs, custom registration pages, registration trackers, collaborative slack channels, pre- and post-event communications.
- Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Support the marketing team in building relationships with vendors, venues, and partners to develop joint marketing initiatives.
- Budget Tracking: Support Field Marketing Managers in tracking and managing regional marketing budgets.
- Analytics and Reporting: Help gather data on the performance of marketing initiatives, to track the success of field events and campaigns to provide insights for optimizing strategies.

- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable eagerness to learn and adapt to fast-changing environments, showing a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools and software for analytics and campaign execution.
- A team player with a passion for field marketing and event execution, with a focus on delivering impactful experiences that drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and create memorable experiences for everyone involved.

- A foundational understanding of marketing strategies, especially in field and partner marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for collaboration.

- A passion for learning and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience or internship in B2B technology marketing is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
