What’s Cool About This Job

We are looking for an experienced and talented Web Analyst. This full-time position will work be responsible for implementing advanced tracking, conducting analytics audits, and troubleshooting existing configurations using Google Analytics. Conducting data analysis that produces clear, actionable insights to improve our business. This position will work closely with team and functional leads to ensure projects meet specified requirements, timelines, and budgets within our agile, fast paced, execution-driven organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead driving core insights from the data to suggest continual web improvement.
• Support, through data, the creation and execution of multivariate or a/b/c tests hat drive fundamental improvements to the site experience.
• Map suitable analytics solutions, ensuring that all required performance data can be reliably tracked and reported, ensuring an integrated approach with other service teams.
• Design appropriate measurement strategies and implement complex tracking solutions through Google Tag Manager.
• Must have proficiency in designing an SDR and data layer definition, implementation, and testing.
• Share valuable actionable insights and meaningful information through reports & analysis.
• Understand the business requirements to define business needs and goals.
• Determine the best way to monitor Key Performance Indicators.
• Lead the development and deployment of analytical strategies for Digital Marketing.
• Understand the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives.
• Continually test and develop innovative tracking and analytics methodologies.
• Create documentation that details processes, solutions, or best practices.
• Communicate key findings effectively and ensuring that insights that benefit the business are actioned.
• Continually educate cross functional teams on the importance of online measurement & provide best practice guidance for technical aspects of analytics. 

• Exceptionally strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: especially Google Analytics.
• Preferably certified in Google Analytics, at least Advanced. Power User is a plus.
• Proficiency in data layer designing and set up. Data Layer testing and updating.
• Proficiency in creating effective and delightful dashboards (Data Studio and slides).
• Strong skills in Google Tag Management.
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• Two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
• Three to five years of business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units preferred.
• Mid-level expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
• Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools, and techniques a plus.
