The WEKA Way

No two days at WEKA are ever the same, and we like it that way. We work hard, stay intellectually curious, and take calculated risks. We fail fast, laugh often, and win as one. We value diverse perspectives, honest discourse, and creative problem-solving — always pushing ourselves to think bigger and accelerate what’s possible. And with over 170 patents awarded and 65 more pending, we back our ideas with real IP.

“Working at WEKA means constantly interacting with bright, talented people who are truly curious and passionate about what they do.”

– Sofiia Tatarinova,

“Why WEKA? It’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be associated with futuristic technology at the intersection of data and AI that can truly transform human lives.”
