WEKA is a pre-IPO, growth-stage company backed by world-class venture capital investors and AI infrastructure industry leaders. Our technology, purpose-built for AI, has garnered over 140 patents and is trusted by more than 30% of Fortune 50 enterprises, as well as the world’s leading hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI innovators. NeuralMesh by WEKA is the industry benchmark for agentic AI data infrastructure—cloud- and AI-native, deployable anywhere, and designed to break down data silos into high-performance pipelines. It boosts GPU utilisation and accelerates AI/ML training, inference, and other compute-intensive workloads with greater efficiency and lower energy use.

A pre-IPO, hyper-growth company backed by $375M from leading investors, WEKA powers innovation for major enterprises and research organisations worldwide—including 12 of the Fortune 50—helping them achieve insights and business outcomes faster and more sustainably.

The Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa region. Reporting to global marketing leadership, you will partner closely with regional sales and channel teams to design, execute, and measure high-impact programmes that grow pipeline, elevate brand presence, and accelerate partner success across MEA.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings regional market expertise, and can operate with both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

The role is based remotely from Dubai.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute regional and partner marketing strategies, campaigns, and events tailored to MEA markets and audiences.
  • Drive brand awareness and market presence across priority MEA geographies, including Gulf states, South Africa, and emerging growth markets.
  • Plan and manage field and partner event programmes—from regional trade shows and customer roundtables to hosted executive briefings—end to end.
  • Oversee regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and clear return on investment.
  • Lead pre- and post-event communications, including invitations, follow-up campaigns, and pipeline acceleration plays.
  • Track programme performance, analyse results, and deliver regular reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Own and manage relevant Salesforce campaign processes to ensure accurate attribution and pipeline visibility.
  • Implement scalable programme management practices that can grow with the business.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional teams globally to align on goals, messaging, and priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with regional partners, channel teams, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regional legal, cultural, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B field and/or partner marketing with demonstrated pipeline impact—ideally 6+ years.
  • Hands-on experience marketing in MEA markets; deep understanding of regional business culture, buyer behaviours, and go-to-market nuances.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience managing budgets and engaging senior stakeholders across sales and marketing functions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the MEA region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in enterprise technology, AI infrastructure, hardware, or software.
  • Experience with channel, reseller, or alliance partner marketing.
  • Arabic language skills or professional experience across Gulf markets.
  • Experience working in or alongside a high-growth pre-IPO or scale-up organisation.

The WEKA Way

Our culture is built on four values that guide everything we do:

  • Accountable: We take ownership, act with integrity, and hold ourselves to high standards.
  • Brave: We challenge convention, take smart risks, and turn bold ideas into innovation.
  • Collaborative: We lift each other up, communicate openly, and succeed together.
  • Customer Centric: We prioritise customer success in every decision—when our customers win, we win.
