Regional Sales Manager



About The Position

WekaIO is the world’s fastest file system for AI and Technical Compute workloads.

The Chicago Territory Sales Manager will join our growing field sales organization. 

In this role, you will grow revenue, and work closely with our Channel Partners to successfully sell the WekaIO Solution. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a proven track record to exceed quotas. The Territory Sales Manager will possess both a strong sales acumen and technical background who thrives in a fast paced start-up environment with excellent communication and presentation skills.


·       Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with customers

·       Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement

·       Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities

·       Will work with other internal sales personnel to propose specific solutions for a given account

·       Can effectively interface at many levels with senior managers


·       10+ years of outside sales experience across a multiple technology space

·       Startup experience – A must

·       Experience in building out new territories

·       Passion for winning and results driven

·       Ability to influence other to achieve results

·       Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

·       Team player
